We hope you are sitting down

A Sadly, No! first: Kyle “nipple on the brain” Williams has written something that makes sense:

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay quickly replied, “She [Pelosi]apparently is so caught up in the partisan hatred for President Bush that her words are putting American lives at risk. This nation cannot afford the luxury of her dangerous rhetoric.”

First, I fail to see how Rep. Pelosi’s words put any lives at risk. How can her rhetoric be dangerous? It may lower the morale of some servicemen and women who take the time to listen to the crazy liberal, but I don’t see how her rhetoric could do more than that. It seems to me that Pelosi and DeLay are both playing politics and being very demagogic.

It may very well be time to check on the rapture index again.

WTF was Roach Man suggesting — that the Rethuglicans are preparing to repeal the First Amendment?

Even a broken clock is correct twice a day. Obviously it was Kyle’s time to be right.

How in the world did you find the rapture index? That is hilarious!

Thanks for enlightening me about the rapture index! I never realized how scientifically based this rapture stuff was — right up there with creation science!

I nearly choked on my Froot Loops when I read that column this morning. Reasoned, nuanced, critical thinking employed?…All I know is that when his parents read it, poor Kyle is gonna be soooooooo grounded…

But how sad is it that neither Kyle nor his editors can tell the difference between “leaches” and “leeches”?

maybe he finally got some?

He gets a bonus point for using the proper form of address: “Rep. Pelosi”.

It’s surprising how many righties get that part wrong, especially in reference to female elected officials … well, okay, it’s not surprising.
