Woohoo!
This is showing ’em. Hey Brad, I’ve got a runcible spoon stuck in my eye (q.v.); are you covering Michael’s descent to infamy?

Who’s John Bellamy Foster and when did he kill Horowitz’s dog?
I voted Berube all the way!!
What, no write-ins? I know a bunch of professors who’re gonna be even more pissed.
chomsky only has 193? How low the mighty have fallen.
Of course, if Cole throws his hat in the same way Berube did, then we might have a race.
I voted for Berube three times. It’s amazing that Angela Davis and Bernardine Dohrn have only 30 and 27 votes, respectively. Aren’t there any real front page rag readers voting? Or are those people just unaware of anything that happened in this country prior to the ascension of Saint Ronnie?
Ah, JBF is a Marxist environmentalist – a twofer!! No wonder he’s coming second.
seeing that vote count makes me so happy.
Be-ru-be, Be-ru-be, w00t!
He should be proud, he’s got more votes than Howard Zinn, Noam Chomsky, Ward Churchill, bell hooks and Cornell West combined!
I’m shocked at Cornel West’s poor showing. I mean, media-friendly liberal — and black!
The accented one is so dangerous that he’s gaining votes at the rate of about 500 a minute. (Good Republican that he is, D Ho does nothing to hinder massive voting fraud.)
Wot, is PZ Myers not in the running?
Berube is now over 100k votes. He has more votes than everyone else combined!
I want to get on this list next year. I’m planning on doing live abortions in class while burning American flags, will that do it?
I should say, free abortions for welfare queens!
Wow… Angela Davis just gained about 1,000 votes… all in about 5 minutes! I wonder how that could have happened…???
Seriously, that may be the worst voting system ever.
I’m actually surprised though that 79 people managed to remember Ward Churchill’s name. Wasnt he like official spokesman for the entire democratic party past present and future for like a week or something?
Hey, no fair!! I voted for my friend Vinay Lal twice and he’s only got 16 votes!!
My review of the book is up at Amazon, but I really review Horowitz’s “Vote fer the Bad Perfesser Game.”
I want to get on this list next year. I’m planning on doing live abortions in class while burning American flags, will that do it?
Only if you simultaniously “blame America first” while “giving aid and comfort” to the “enemy”.
Kaye “Grogan” has been giving me “grammar” “lessons””.
Chomsky’s at 672 now, but still way behind. Of course, he’s in his 80’s now, so the speed at which he blames America first and corrupts the minds of our youth just ain’t what it used to be.
Maybe D.Ho will show a bit of class and give him a lifetime acheivement award or something.
Bell Hooks is voted more “dangerous” than Angela Davis? In what universe?
Maybe D.Ho will show a bit of class and give him a lifetime acheivement award or something.
Sort of like an induction into “America’s traitors” hall of fame.
I like it.
Woot! Two of my old Alma Mater in the top 12. Just think where Michael would be if Sam Richards wasn’t drawing off some of the Penn State vote. ๐
Angela is up to a respectable 3500+. I like to think that mrgumby2u and I are responsible for the recent surge. Dohrn is stuck at 48, though.
I voted for Berube twice and bell hooks once, because Horowitz can’t spell.
I’m pissed I’m not on the list, though. I guess as an untenured lecturer I don’t rate highly enough.
Patrick,
you could be an untenured farm-raised quaile and you could be a contender — provided that your blog would be good enough.
I guess that Chomsky, Ward Churchill etc. do not have a blogs.
Just gave 5 votes for my former prof, Gordie Fellman. He’s a great guy, and was stuck down in the low 20s. ๐
