The action just happened to occur during the election campaign and Bush’s numbers were falling. Now the subways are targeted the day before Rove is going to testify before the grand jury. Again. Coincidence? Color me skeptical.

Well… I’ll reserve judgement since I obviously don’t have access to the information to determine if it’s credible or not.
With that said, it strikes me as a tad strange, but then, Bush has had lucky political breaks before (which usually herald great grief for thousands of regular Americans- such is life).
