Thursday Swankisms

Pastor Swank shows once again why he’s the undisputed champion of indecipherable punditry:

RONNIE ‘EARLE OF INJUSTICE’ VS. TOM DELAY
By J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Ronnie Earle is following through with high stakes and his persecuting persona intact for over years upon years ? too many.

Yeah, see what I mean? That made absolutely no sense. Let’s see if we can fix it up a bit by re-writing it as an E.E. Cummings poem:

ronnie earle
is following through with high
stakes and his perse
cuting
persona intact for years up
on years-
too many.

Slightly better.

It was Jim Dedham of the Daily Texan who some time ago revealed the underpinnings of Earle?s evil personality.

It’s fact. Prosecuting political corruption is evil.

Earle, then Travis Country District Attorney, was written up according to the following: “He has the unique duty of heading up the state?s Public Integrity Unit. His witch hunt against Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison is representative of his misuse of this duty.” (Senator Hutchison was eventually acquitted.)

Yeah, it’s obvious that if a previous case falls apart and results in acquittal, then the prosecutor who brought about the charges should never be allowed to work on another case.

Over years, Earle has kept his bag of tricks close to his power hand.

Pastor Swank, please- I really don’t want to know which hand you use to fondle your “sack of tricks.” No, I don’t care how powerful it is. Knock it off.

By cutting up DeLay, Earle knew that in large part he was also cutting up fellow-Texan US President George W. Bush. And they say it?s all politics. This isn?t politics. This is a crime.

So indicting someone for alleged criminal conduct is now a crime. I don’t think it can get much more Orwellian than that.

How long has “Earle of Injustice” salivated for this very week when he could bring an “indictment” against DeLay.

How long has Pastor Swank been taking “writing” lessons from Kaye “Grogan.”

“Earle the Injustice” is persecutor par excellence. According to Dedham: “Hutchison wasn’t the first political figure Earle persecuted. Earle’s vendettas have been bipartisan; he has used his office to go after his political enemies in both parties. Besides Hutchison, Earle ?investigated? Jim Mattox, Gib Lewis and others. Earle’s tactics earned him the appropriate nickname ?Earle of Injustice.?”

Pssst. Pastor Swank. I’ve got a secret for you. Mattox and Lewis are both Democrats.

Earle?s reckless lambasting has been the warp and woof of his underhanded practices. His years in dark power spikes show improper procedures, misuse of authority and political opportunism rarely equaled by a person at his level.

I got nothing to add to that. Instead, I’m gonna go sharpen my dark power spikes and use them to commit unheralded practices via reckless lambasting.

Capitol Hill’s DeLay Era Ends — or at Least Stalls

The indictment yesterday of Tom DeLay ended — at least for now — the reign of the most powerful l

Go ahead and laugh for my writing and amusement. Your recklessness has the underhandedness
you’ve shown this to be. DeLay will be seen to be innocent when facts are presented which
can be shown. For long this man of injustice has plied his dastardly trade toward all who would
seek to stop him, not just those of his ilk.

But the story is turning now. We can all see who is innocent and who innocense is not. When this is
over who will these refer to?

We don’t have long to wait now.

When the rapture comes, can I have your car?

I wonder if that’s the real “Pastor” Swank or just a semi-literate wannabe.

Of course the Delay-defenders ignore that fact that Earle had to convince a Grand Jury that he had a reasonable case in order to bring an indictment. Earle couldn’t do it on his own, he had to have actual EVIDENCE first…..

I wonder if it’s hard to walk in “dark power spikes.”

Come to think of it, just what the “hell” are “dark power spikes?”

Gotta be snotty and elitest here, despite it having nothing to do with the main article. it’s e.e. cummings, not E.E. Cummings. That has been your liberal elite hollywood etc. moment of the day. Thank you.

I like apostrophes.

“‘Swank.”
“‘Snot.”
“‘Stoo.”

Pastor Swank. I’ve got a secret for you. Mattox and Lewis are both Democrats.

Duh, he’s an equal opportunity partisan hack. His evenhanded persecution of criminality by members of both parties is exactly why he’s the “Earle of Injustice.”

ah, but edOmiNick … I direct you to:

and in any case, it’s “e e cumm’n.” Fo shizzle.

Honest to God, do DeLay’s defenders have *any idea* how hard it is to break campaign finance laws in *Texas*?
It’s not like they’re loaded down with regulations there. DeLay should be proud of his ingenuity.

Does the president have two bellybuttons?

I checked the IP address- it’s from San Diego. So it’s probably not the real Swank 🙁

Even so, whoever it is, it’s a cracking good impersonation.

Warp and woof? I’m sorry, I’m…uh..well…

*sigh*. Never mind.

i still want his car

“. . .sought to inflate baseless accusations with vague evidence.” Now transfer that from Kay Bailey Hutchison to Tom DeLay after reading the papers presented by Earle in his “indictment” of DeLay.
I’d like to transfer it via oxygen filled syringe.
Earle?s pages number 4. Read them for yourself to discover that they actually don?t charge DeLay with anything. Yet Earle was able to convince a grand jury that they did charge DeLay with something.
Yeah! EARLES PAGES NUMBER 4!
It?s vicious out there. It?s dangerous to sit in high places.
Especially when you’re drunk and writing an article, and the high place is your relatively low standing among internet crazies.

And is that why Republicans in Congress are keeping mum? Is that the definition of their cowardice? Could be? How alone does one have to feel as unto a DeLay before a comrade comes to one?s aid?
Will Diana carry billy’s baby to term? Will John find out who ratted him out to the CIA? Will Swank make any sense before the end of the article? … Sadly, No.

Arrrgh goddam italics! Bane of my existance!

Earle, then Travis Country District Attorney, was written up according to the following: “He has the unique duty of heading up the state?s Public Integrity Unit. His witch hunt against Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison is representative of his misuse of this duty.”

Is a witch hunt unjust if you’re hunting a real nasty witch?

I think pastor swank reads kind of like mojo jojo on the powerpuff girls, saying everything rephrased three or four times. “Earle’s practices, which are underhanded, because they are under his hands, his hands being over the practices, and therefore the hands are directly above the practices, which are therefore underhanded. cur-ses.” and mojo has dark power spikes, too.

Earle?s pages number 4. Read them for yourself to discover that they actually don?t charge DeLay with anything. Yet Earle was able to convince a grand jury that they did charge DeLay with something.

?????????

Aren’t there laws regulating indictments that say you HAVE to charge someone with something? Even if the grand jury didn’t notice, I suspect the court would.

I’m too lazy to link properly, but check out Billmon.
http://billmon.org/archives/002202.html

He notes that “Earle of Injustice” is a Rove-ism, with bumper stickers and all, and that Earle once even prosecuted his own campaign for late filing.

Partisan, you betcha.

Was Swank once a translator for obscure Japanese video games?
