We heard a convoy of those trucks on this online scanner feed last night. They were en route, and the drivers were asking about the parking situation at the Superdome, not long after midnight.
They held the trucks.
The transmissions from last night aren’t archived anywhere, are they?
I call bullshit on this. I can’t believe it for the same reason that I couldn’t believe any of the Bush-knew 9/11 conspiracy theories: It’s simply too big. Too many people would have had to know about it, people who would not want to protect the evildoers. Someone would blow the whistle.

One of the drivers was just on ABC News two minutes ago saying that the trucks were loaded, in Texas, on Monday, but that his bosses told him to hold back.

As much as I want this story to be true I really need proof,,, pictures, Officer accounts, video, etc. This will be the a huge nail in Bush’s coffin if true, BUT it needs to be true.

How could a governor in Georgia come up with such an idiotic idea that closing the schools down would save fuel? Doesn’t he realize that most people work and work deosn’t shut down. So now they have to transport their kids to a sitter. Buses are mass transportion and he believes you can transport children 1 or 2 at a time using less fuel. Give him the moron of the week award.
