    Fellow Virginian Warner is staging an end-run around Webb.

    I could use a Brooks vs. Sumner moment right about now. Yes, I know violence is bad, m’kay, but honor must be upheld. If they can’t restore Habeas, they can at least restore the tradition of Senate floor beatdowns.
