He doesn’t say he has a vision. That would be too coherent and grammatical. He says “I’m going to set a vision.” Which sounds like a mistranslation of “I’m gonna set a spell” or whatever Jed used to say on Green Acres. Hmmm….

And are you sure he didn’t say “let the chimps fall where they may”?
