Thus a safe Red seat goes almost certainly to the Blue.

Heh, indeedy. I just saw that article. I also found it hilarious that they didn’t even mention his party affiliation. If Foley had been a Democrat, I’m sure the headline would have been DEMOCRATS IN PEDOPHILE SCANDAL.

The finale of the Mister Perv contest is Saturday night, and the betting odds are starting to take shape. There is no clear favorite, but Gregg Easterbrook is the front-runner at the moment, no doubt because he is a creepy, haiku-writing NFL cheerleader stalker, which automatically puts him into the finals.

That’s an impressive accomplishment, but frankly I don’t buy it. I still say it’s going to be a Powerline.com final.
