Bravo Seixon, by splitting hairs and parsing words, you\’ve single handedly proven global warming is a myth.

Because climate data before 900AD is unreliable, obviously the consensus in the scientific community about global warming is just some sort of liberal conspiracy.

This quote is specifically hilarious \”Al Gore and the media are content with lying, exaggerating, and overselling global warming precisely because if they don\’t, the public will not listen to them.\”

Replace the words Al Gore with George Bush and global warming with the war in Iraq (or anything for that matter) and then you\’ve really got something.

For the naive and clueless, this report represented a major blow to the global warming alarmist faction. It found very little confidence in the “hockey stick” graph which purported to show that the warming in the 20th century was unprecedented over the last 2,000 years. The graph was the cornerstone of the 2001 IPCC report and is featured prominently in Al Gore’s new movie. The only problem is that its main finding, the unprecedented warming, turns out to be inaccurate and only given a “plausible” rating in the confidence department. Ouch.

You won’t read any of this in the Associated Press report, though. You’ll hear about 2,000 years of unprecedented warming, directly opposite of what the actual report says. You’ll read that the National Academy of Sciences “lent credibility to” the hockey stick graph.

Of course, if any of you brave souls actually take the step of reading the report, you’ll see this is completely false and a calculated propaganda effort by John Heilprin of the AP.

Don’t take my word for it: read the report yourself.

Oh, and Shorter Rightwing Arseholes, you still reeling from the fact that you got caught falsely claiming that “hundreds of scientists” were behind the latest hurricane report? Yeah, you sure do love “facts” don’t you.

I guess in the liberal world, 2 scientists means 100 scientists, and 400 years means 2,000 years. I don’t get it, but I guess y’all do. ;)

What can you say to someone who doesen’t believe in Global warming at this day and age.

Personally I’ve given up trying to explain to people how stupid the “It isn’t proven” argument is.

Besides, I read a study predicting that if global warming continues, Canada will become the argricultural powerhouse of the world and most of America would turn into a dustbowl.

So, you know, nyah nyah.

The Earth has been much hotter and much drier (or colder and drier) in the past and has changed direction in mean temp rapidly (within centuries) before. These climate changing events have always been accompanied by massive extinctions.

But that is all crap because the Lord’s Creation is unchanging. This is also why this myth of “erosion” is complete bunk.
