Let’s Make a List
Here’s a fun game: let’s make a list of everybody Michelle Malkin hates. It’s gonna be extremely long, and I suspect this thread will go on for a few days at least. Por favor, provide links to relevant hate-mongering. I’ll give some examples to start you off:
1.) Autum Ashante, a 7-year-old girl who writes black nationalist poetry.
3.) The entire Islamic faith for not being a peaceful religion.
4.) The New York City school system for teaching kids how to resolve their conflicts non-violently. Apparently, Michelle thinks we should arm our (white) seven-year-olds with automatic weapons.
5.) Newsweek, Amnesty International, Jimmy Carter, Dick Durbin, John McCain and Lindsay Graham for opposing torture at Guantanamo Bay.
6.) Barbara Walters for saying something she never actually said.
7.) The people who designed the World Trade Center Memorial, because they paid tribute to Martin Luther King.
8.) Christina Ricci for being crazy.
9.) Hollywood, for not demonizing Muslims enough in their movies.
10.) Wonkette and Jessica Cutler for being “skanks.”

Nor is it because she wrote a vile revisionist tract justifying the internment of the Japanese in World War II- an act of government overreach that Ronald Reagan felt the need to apologize for.

It’s always a point of contention when I point out that the legalization of Abortion started a silent genocide of the African American community. I would guarantee you that there were about 30 million or so African Americans who were murdered with Abortion. Which helped wipe out a lot of people who were going to be the best and brightest and probably turn the Community in a better direction.

Ahh, but you must remember that Gary is defining what’s prominent and what isn’t. See, if a Democrat appoints a minority, he/she is pandering and that person doesn’t really have any power whatsoever. And if a minority like Barak Obama is elected, well then, obviously the Democratic Leadership is just going to use him again to pander and then shun him.
However, if a Republican appoints a minority cabinet member, or a minority is elected on the republican ticket, it isn’t Pandering, merely representing the social fabric which makes America great.

Steele is most famous (actually only famous) because of charges that people once threw oreos at him, Mel Martinez is noted for the Schiavo-talking points memo, Keith Butler I’ve never heard of, and Lynn Swan is of course a famous football player from the seventies.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe J. C. Watts said, after he left Congress, that he quit because he was tired of being brought out for photo ops while being left out of the actual decision making process. I even remember him saying that he was tired of people assuming that he was on the staff when he went to conventions.
Yeah, I’m sure Obama can’t wait to get the Watts treatment.
But getting back on topic: I’d forgotten about Malkin’s pro-bullying stance (#4). The fact that she seems to believe that moral arguments are best settled with one’s fists explains a lot about her beliefs.
She wasn’t the only one who thought that peaceful resolution was a bad thing, either. That’s the great part.
