Fear not dearie- Steel Reserve is a poor-tasting but powerful beer with a very high "It'll git ya DRUNK!" factor. If Brad's buzzed on that shit most of the day, he'll have no need of smoking. A better strategy than most available since he can no longer masturbate- which was his previous fallback.
