The Way The Left Is Sending Out Ag School Grads To Defend Their Email List Means A Lot of Important People Are On It

  • Although I have not one shred of evidence that there is a double super mega-secret listserv which liberal journalists use to communicate their socialist plots with one another, the fact that liberal journalists deny that they are on such a listserv is proof that the listserv exists and that they are on it.

‘Shorter’ concept created by Daniel Davies and perfected by Elton Beard. We are aware of all Internet traditions.™

[H/T Tbogg]

Gavin adds: Wow, if Ezra Klein’s email list is a hotbed of socialist plotting, I’d hate to see the Stalinist hellmouth that a Matt Yglesias or a Steve Benen might scourge up.

I suppose Erick regrets that, in the past, some barnyard animals were violated. But it is a mistake to dwell on ancient history. As for the barnyard animals that are currently being violated, well mistakes do happen. Plus he has a contract with a hoofprint on it.

*Ezra Klein emails to say Kos is not on the list and the person telling me Kos is on the list is lying to me. The guy who sent me a few names off the list says Shuster is on it (though Shuster and Klein deny it) and that he is “pretty sure” Kos is. Take that for what you will.

Can’t argue with that kind of evidence.

The fact is that there is a wide e-mail network of leftists coordinating their attacks on leftist media outlets like MSNBC and CNN. These leftists have basically monopolized a huge sector of the media and driven the real news off to be reported by real news outlets like Fox News.

Until people like Keith Olbermann prove that they’re not part of this list, it’s reasonable to believe that he is part of this list.

The left is responsible for the outrages that go on today. Leftist senators are responsible for the real estate fall, because they made the big financial institutions give no-money-down mortgages to people who couldn’t afford their houses. And leftists like Chris Dodd put in a rider that protected AIG’s bonuses.

In fact, almost every Republicans voted AGAINST protecting AIG’s bonuses.

But you won’t hear that on the leftist news.

Obama jokes about how angry he is, showing that he just doesn’t care at all.

    And you suckers buy it..

Of every federal candidate, Barack Obama was #1 in the amount of AIG money that he received. He received hundreds of thousands.

It’d be a scandal if McCain was President, this happened, and the media found deep links to AIG. But AIG gave Barack Obama hundreds of thousands, and the media won’t report it.

A new national survey from Public Policy Polling (D) — already looking ahead to the 2012 general election! — pits Barack Obama against Sarah Palin.

The numbers: Obama 55%, Palin 35%. This margin is nearly identical to Obama’s approval of 55% and disapproval of 37%. Palin’s own personal favorables and unfavorables stand at 39%-50%.

The pollster’s analysis has the obvious caveat that we can’t know what might happen in the next few years, but these numbers would point to Obama winning over 400 electoral votes.

Just the other day I found out something fascinating about R. E. Lee that I had never heard before. I knew that he had manumitted his wife’s slaves, and I already knew that his loyalty was to Virginia, not to the southern cause of slavery. The following happened shortly after the war.

    http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2001/09/0907_smithgenlee_2.html

One Sunday at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Richmond, a well-dressed, lone black man, whom no one in the community—white or black—had ever seen before, had attended the service, sitting unnoticed in the last pew.

Just before communion was to be distributed, he rose and proudly walked down the center aisle through the middle of the church where all could see him and approached the communion rail, where he knelt. The priest and the congregation were completely aghast and in total shock.

No one knew what to do…except General Lee. He went to the communion rail and knelt beside the black man and they received communion together—and then a steady flow of other church members followed the example he had set.

To divert attention from their attacks on far left political figures like Michael Steele, which distract the public from their attacks on ultra-Maoist corporations like AIG, which is done to conceal their attacks on Islamo-extremist celebrities like Rachel Ray, which they do to cover up their attacks on pro-communist historical personalities like Benito Mussolini, which they engage in to hide their attacks on anarcho-syndicalist cartoon characters like Barney Google, the purpose of all of which is to lure right-thinking citizens into a psychedelic realm of super-trippy weirdness controlled by spaced-out hippie nihilists.

“Social security must be privatized to save the market”…. from whom? from conservative douchebags is who.

“They have a secret e-mail list”

Dollars to doughnuts* Erik the RedState is on just such a list. He can only imagine it is a tool we might use BECAUSE IT IS A TOOL HE HAS.

That is, after all, a typical attack from the left. They pooh-pooh what the right says and laugh about it to try to downplay it.

You know, if there’s one thing I’ve learned from being in the army, it’s never ignore a pooh-pooh. I knew a major: got pooh-poohed; made the mistake of ignoring the pooh-pooh — he pooh-poohed it. Fatal error, because it turned out all along that the soldier who pooh-poohed him had been pooh-poohing a lot of other officers, who pooh-poohed their pooh-poohs. In the end, we had to disband the regiment — morale totally destroyed … by pooh-pooh!

Why would leftists want to attack leftist media outlets?

To screw with the collective noggins of Real White Christian America, of course. The only reason non-RWC Americans – that is, anyone but conservatives who follow the GOP and Limbaugh’s party line – do anything at all, from politics to music to even our sex lives, is to piss off or upset RWC and for no other reason whatsoever. All that talk about civil liberties and equal rights? Why, we hate blacks and gays just like RWC Americans but because we want to piss off those who’re actually work for a living, by gum, we pretend to believe that black and gay folk are actually human beings just like straight white folk.

Has to be. Otherwise, no conservative argument of the last 25 years (at least) makes any fucking sense whatsoever. And that can’t be right, can it?

but he is too naive and incompetent to be president and he uses a teleprompter!

No, no. His mother was the ingenious conspirator. She plotted to have a baby on foreign soil (was it Kenya? Indonesia? I forget) and then forge a birth certificate to make it look like he was natural born so that she could pull a trick on the American people by getting a furriner elected president some day. True, she didn’t live to see it, but she obviously knew it would happen–why would she have gone to all that trouble otherwise?

Obama is simply a dupe of her brilliant, nefarious plot hatched back in 1960.

We mock them for it, but this tactic by the right is very effective. They accuse us of doing the very things they actually do, and we don’t. Then when their version of the same comes to light, the waters are sufficiently muddy that, say, a gaggle of billionaires including a cult leader who thinks he is god funding the right wing noise machine is equivalent to a solitary wealthy person providing some funds to Moveon several years ago.

Secondly, what are your beliefs on whether Mohammad and Jesus Christ are actual prophets of God or mere urban legends?

This listserv thing pisses of conservatives because everyone knows that truly free and open political communication involves top-down messaging of 140 letters or less. Rumor has it the leftists were actually writing whole paragraphs, maybe even more! What could possibly require that much blah blah blah. It’s easy: “more socialism from obama! debtors prison law vetoed” See! That’s all you need to know.

It’s not all bad, though. Given the right’s new love of public communication, we’ll be seeing lightly moderated comment sections over at Instacracker’s place. That’ll be fun.

She claimed that there was a secret tunnel connecting the seminary with the nunnery so that those awful Catlicks could engage in wild orgies without anyone noticing. A Protestant delegation was allowed to inspect the buildings in investigating her claims. When they found no tunnels, they concluded that rather than them not existing, they must be very cleverly concealed.
