With the unwashed masses being primed once again for a universal health plan, Moore’s mockumentary seems strangely well timed. Sadly, he never divulges the fact that universal healthcare is communism!

Under this system all people, regardless of how much they work, or even if they work at all, (yeah I’m talking to you, senor) receive the same health coverage. So the husband and wife that both work two jobs to support their families pay %70 of their income in order to pay for Juan’s liver transplant, while Juan’s idea of financial planning is a 12 pack of Rolling Rock and bottle of Tequila every weekend! This is universal healthcare?

Another mistake is the assumption that “free” (for the unemployed and uninvited in our country) healthcare means better healthcare. Since when was the item you got for free better than the one who paid for? Everyone knows you get what you pay for, which in this case is nothing.

Universal healthcare means longer wait times, fewer and less caring doctors, overcrowded wards with mixed sexes (oh, my!), smokers and the overweight denied healthcare (unlike now), lack of drugs, healthcare `rationing’, going out of the country for operations, next to no dental coverage, drug addicts getting marijuana and heroin (where do I sign up!), YOU pay for abortions no matter what your stance, higher taxes each year (higher than 70% income tax?), rich people still will get the best treatment, YOU pay for the Viagra for sexual miscreants, etc etc etc. I could go on and on. Do you want this kind of healthcare?

Moore’s “documentaries” aren’t known for their truth or grasp of reality, but at least he could show the subjects of his bile some respect, instead he opts to put in silly music in order to draw in the popcorn crowd, such as playing the Star Wars theme when displaying a list of human diseases.
