And as we all know from Bush, being in charge of a self-sustaining government is hrad work, and not only that, the work itself is hard, real hard. Cheney cannot bother himself with helping Americans, for he is busy making sure that government remains continuous in the event of terrorism in this country. Since God is not a terra'ist, he cannot be bothered with the "reality-based" community. Well, you know Cheney is in charge of that shadow government, the one that will take charge if the “real” government fails.
