Now, Bikerdad, I’m going to pose a similar request. Please, provide definitions of “terror” and “terrorist,” and describe what you mean when you say “fight terror.”

Besides, if I really wanted to trash the country, I’d do something like cut taxes while increasing spending, try to cut one of the most successful government programs ever, and sow divisions between Americans by claiming that half of them hate the country. I hope nobody’s put off by a touch of humor on such a bleak day. I live pretty close to NYC and know people who died in the WTC attack, so another attack on a metropolitan area is affecting me more strongly than I think it might have otherwise. I’ve been teary eyed a lot today, which is very out of character for me, and I’ve been looking for things to help me smile all day long. I’m really grateful for this site and its wonderful humor today because of that.

Probably when the Democrats denounce the douchebags in their midst who provide moral support to the terrorists — folks like Dick Durbin, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Howard Dean and the like.
