Damn straight – I was pretty convinced that he was actively taking a dive well before he picked Lady Nutbar of Batshitshire (Shortest Political Honeymoon EVAR!) for a running-mate … & all those totally moronic faces he made throughout the length of ALL his debates with Obama tend to seal the deal for me.

Or am I really supposed to believe that a guy with more than 25 years in politics (& a LOT of election wins under his belt) is gonna make this many fuckups in a row, when he’s supposedly in the fight of his life?

Yeah, sure. Why on Earth WOULD’NT he want an astronomical debt & deficit, a steadily deteriorating economy, a failing war in Afghanistan & a Made-In-Iraq time-bomb – all c/o his own party?

All it’s gonna take is for someone who isn’t supposed to see it to leak a “stay at home” memo to his GOTV people on Tuesday, & he’s a dead man walking … if any such exposure rips the “Rock-em Sock-em Maverick” mask off that poor old clown, all the bile & hatred the psycho-GOP-supremacist demographic has aimed at Obama will be as a gentle zephyr to THAT shitstorm.

Though, of course, given the time it would take to get from Nevada to Alaska, any event for Palin would have to happen the next day, Election Day. But maybe she’s going up there just to give Putin the ole “I see you, Putin, so don’t think of rearing your head in our airspace,” and then she’ll quick hop back on a plane and fly down to Arizona to be with her soul mate at his ranch/retreat/mansion/maverick shack in Sedona to celebrate their come-from-behind victory on Tuesday night.

According to the McCain campaign's calendar of events, Palin's last scheduled appearance will be Monday night in Elko, Nevada. McCain's will be at midnight in Prescott, Arizona, with Cindy McCain and without his running mate. If Palin has something planned in Alaska, the official campaign calendar isn't promoting it.
