Snappy Answers To Stupid Questions
Can you imagine if an Obama effigy were hung from a noose?
By Michelle Malkin • October 27, 2008 11:51 AM
Yes.
Obama effigy found on [University of Kentucky]‘s campus
University of Kentucky police are investigating who hung an effigy of Democrat Sen. Barack Obama from a tree on the Lexington campus Wednesday morning.
Back to you, Michelle:
It would be another sign of “insane rage” and “violent escalation of rhetoric.” And: RAAAAAAACISM.
Oh, we’re sure she’ll find some way to excuse it. Most likely, it will be the trick where she dumps out a trash bag of real and invented transgressions by ‘unhinged far-left liberals,’ and condemns all such acts equally. That one never gets old.
Update: Watch as Malkin pushes the lever to receive a pellet of food:
Gaffetastic: Obama mixes up his black sitcom references
By Michelle Malkin • October 29, 2008 02:20 PMOh, my. Can you just imagine if Sarah Palin or John McCain made a crack like this and botched up their pop culture references to famous black comedy shows?
Can you just imagine the high dudgeon from every minority lawmaker? WaPo and NYTimes columnist? Civil rights organization? The cries of RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACISM would shatter the political Richter scale.
Can you just imagine:

Sorry liberals, but your race-baiting is not going to help your utopian socialist candidate win.
Barack Obama’s far-left ideology is only going to cause him to lose in the biggest landslide in American history. I know, I know, you’re still caught up in your delusions of grandeur.
But honestly, did you really think that a candidate who race baits in every speech, calls America racist, compares America to Nazi Germany, who wants to redistribute wealth, brags about his refusal to wear a flag lapel pin, has an elitist attitude and refers to anyone who believes in God and owns a gun for self-protection as “bitter”, and who otherwise is a very niave amateur about the state of world affairs, had any chance to win the Presidency?
Be honest with yourselves. Honesty is always the best policy.

I have an experiment:
Say we hang, side by side, an effigy of Obama and an effigy of Michelle Malkin.
Which one do you think she’d complain about?
Big Bad Bald Bastard said,

Clearly, the Obama campaign hung the effigy up, just as Obama sleeper agent Ashley Todd faked an attack by a black male Obama supporter in an effort to discredit McCain supporters.

Huge turnout at advance polls clogs voting stations in Florida
With its 27 electoral votes, Florida represents 1/10th of the 270 that either candidate will need to win to become president on Nov. 4. Among the dozen most hotly contested battleground states, Florida offers the richest prize.
It’s also a state where many Republicans — only eight weeks ago — did not believe they would be fighting a rearguard battle.
As recently as Sept. 14, a Fox News/Rasmussen poll showed McCain with a five-point advantage in the state, which twice voted for President George W. Bush.
But just as the financial crisis hurt McCain in other Republican-leaning states, it has taken its toll on the Arizona senator here as well. The latest Fox/Rasmussen poll, released Tuesday, showed Obama with a four-point lead in Florida. A Mason-Dixon survey — considered one of the most reliable in the state — last week showed McCain with a one-point lead.

Am I more disturbed by the Obama effigy than the palin/mccain ones?
Yes. One need not have an especially rigorous historical background to know that African-Americans hanging from trees were an all too recent practice in this country. I would think we might avoid that kind of display. Even one with extra nutty religious overtones.
Oh, and Malkin is crazed idiot as are most of her followers. My hope is that no November 5th Malkin and rest of her wingnut welfare recipients wake up to find that bank accounts empty and face the prospect of actually getting a real job.
