I hope all of you encourage actor (and everyone else on liberal hate websites) to keep attacking Palin’s family. It’s miserable for them, of course, but it shines a bright light at what’s at the heart of liberalism: hate.
When Palin’s family stood on stage with her, it was close to game over, liberals - not that you realized it, of course. The contrast with the slick Chicago orator and the affirmative action princess couldn’t be greater. Americans are starting to talk about the vile abuse that the left is throwing at Palin, and it isn’t exactly working in your favor.
So carry on! I admit I find this to be absolutely fascinating. So where is the convention poll bounce going to come from, if nobody watched it eh? I think Obama won the battle of the conventions, and everyone knows it.
You know.. there is a lot of crap about who “looks” presidential in this election. No matter how presidential Obama looks, Mcain doesn’t look like a president either. His physical appearance isn’t right. His hair is too white, and he doesn’t have enough of it. Peoples idea of a president involves a full head of iron grey hair, and someone a lot taller than Mcain.
But leaving aside the petty, ridiculous things like hair, a large part of “looking presidential” is how a person carries themselves. How they move, how they smile, the body language that says competency and sincerity.
Obama pulls that stuff off very well. I’m sure he has been studying. His body language looks right. Mcain on the other hand, looks like a geriatric who needs his nap. His smile is a terrible rictus, and he doesn’t move with confidence. Virtually every picture taken of him shows an awkward man. Obama on the other hand, knows how to pose for a photograph. Obama is able to keep his poise better too. Even caught off guard, he looks more dignified than Mcain does when posing for the cameras.
The “which one looks like a president” thing is just thinly veiled racism. But I think subconsciously, a lot of people are picking up on the fact that it is Obama who looks like a president. If you were a film director watching auditions for the part of the president of the USA, which man would you choose?

When Obama chose Biden, there were a few approving nods, and that was it. Obama is mister change, Biden is the reliable back up man. Nobody really cared about how good or bad Biden’s speech at the DNC was. What Obama said was the most important thing of the whole evening.

Before the Palin pick, the polarisation was liberal versus conservative, democratic party versus republican party.. and Obama fans versus Obama haters. Now the repukes have a “personality” of their own!

This bill ultimately got the backing of community groups, the defense bar, and prosecutors, which is some feat to pull off.

Not one of you really wants to say what Michelle Obama does for a living. That’s fine. I’ll tell you anyway - she is VP of Community Outreach. She got a raise of approximately $100,000 once her husband was elected a US Senator. Affirmative action got her into college, got her a degree and a “job”, and now in a nice ironic twist has thrust her into prosperity by enabling the cycle of affirmative action to continue.
Race based preferences being a bedrock liberal belief, I’m sure this bother none of you. I’m sure you are proud of it. I find it disgusting but then conservatives actually abhor discrimation. I guess we’ll just have to differ on this one, liberals.
And that $100,000 raise she got? All part of dirty Cook County politics, something that Obama did absolutely nothing to fix. In fact, Obama embraced Todd Stroger, an openly corrupt and incompetent Democratic leader (look it up, liberals).
Obama did manage to vote against the Born Alive bill in Illinois (one of the votes where he at least had the balls not to vote “Present”), which was designed to protect victims of abortion that are born alive. Nice guy, your sleazy windbag. Haven’t seen any of you liberals address this, anymore than you’ve addressed the affirmative action or corruption issues. I guess this is more of your “pwning” of me, hmmm?
When Sarah Palin brought up on stage the teenage girl that you liberals have poured your hatred upon, the young man that is heading off to Iraq to kill terrorists, and the special needs baby, the contrast with the cynical, ambitious Obamas couldn’t be greater. There is nothing you liberals can do to change that.
I trust that on Nov 4, the same Americans that you liberals heap scorn and hatred upon will choose McCain and Palin.

Y’know, that’s a helluva good point. We pick on Steyn and Jonah Pantload and K-Lo for being stupid, intentionally ignorant and entirely un-self-aware, but from this narrative being put forward by the repubs, that’s EXACTLY what we want in our national leadership.

Unduly some things never change. Take for instance the “rhetoric” in congress. More than 80 percent of Americans are opposed to the road to amnesty for a bunch of lawbreakers. Oh, I forgot . . . amnesty by any other name, is still not amnesty according to many diehard proponents who think we can’t see through their deception.

Here’s the deal: The Democrats want to flood the United States with foreigners, so they can stay in power, and completely eradicate the Republican Party and conservative Christians — otherwise they wouldn’t be so pro-amnesty for a bunch of vigilantes who refuse to not only obey our laws, but show deep disdain for authority.
I guess so . . . what authority? And the Republicans want to payback corporate America for campaign goodies.
In other words: big businesses and special interest groups currently own America and your government. If you believe anything contrary to the writing on the wall — there is little hope of returning America back to its rightful owners — the American people.
Don’t believe for one minute, the incessant claim10 or even 20 million people cannot be deployed out of the country over a period of time. It’s total lunacy to reward people for invading a country, taking to the streets, demanding rights they don’t or shouldn’t have.
The Constitution of the United States has a provision intact where it guarantees the country will be protected against foreign invasions by our military. So what happens with our current government? Not only are we “unprotected” against foreign invaders — our government is blatantly encouraging the influx of foreigners to continue coming on over in droves. And if this “in your face” attitude isn’t bad enough — the border patrol agents have their hands tied behind their backs, many of them punished whenever they try to do their duty. Is this treasonous behavior or what?

The problem is, there AIN’T no way to “do it” without massively violating Pakistan’s sovereignty. Pakistan is supposedly our ally. The civilian democratic government of Pakistan is incredibly weak and barely surviving. If we go crashing into the NW Provinces with the force required to flush out and kill bin Laden and Zawahiri, we’ll end up fighting the Pakistani army, the government will fall and the outcome might just be an islamic fundamentalist regime with nuclear weapons and long range missiles.
